Returns & Refunds We want you to love your order! If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return Message us directly to start your return. Please include your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we'll make it right — no return required. Just send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund or send a replacement at no charge.
